The case arrives from Hubsolv
When a client reaches the creditor-work stage, Hubsolv sends the case over. Every debt comes with it, already sorted into confirmed and still to prove.
Upload a statement
Drop in a statement or letter. It's read for the reference, balance and date, checked against Hubsolv, and a person confirms it.
Or book a 3-way call
Pick the number that's worked best before, a time inside the agent's hours, and the questions for that kind of creditor. The client gets a text.
Proven and filed
The debt is marked confirmed, the call sheet, recording and statement go to Dropbox, and a note goes back into Hubsolv.
What it does
Statements read for you
Reference, balance and statement date pulled from PDFs and photos, with a confidence score and checks against the client's record. Nothing is confirmed without a person.
3-way calls from the browser
Dial the creditor, use the keypad for the phone menu, bring the client in for security and take them off again. Every call is recorded, with a notice to everyone on it.
Your own call sheets
Question sets for standard creditors, council tax, rent arrears and DWP debts, with the answers saved as you type and a call sheet PDF at the end.
Booked around your team
Calls are only booked inside each agent's working hours, never on their days off, and never on top of another call for the same client.
